A few honest questions
-
Coaching and therapy can be deeply complementary, and many of my clients work with both. My coaching is experiential, embodied, relational, and oriented toward helping you translate insight into choices, conversations, practices, and transformation in daily life. I am not a licensed psychotherapist, and coaching is not a substitute for mental-health care, diagnosis, trauma treatment, or crisis support.

Private Mentorship is the primary path for a woman’s ongoing sexual or queer awakening. Couples Intimacy Coaching is for power couples ready to deepen communication, intimacy, and erotic exploration, including when an awakening is changing the relationship. In-Person Immersions offer concentrated, embodied time for an individual or couple when the work needs more space. If you are unsure, choose “Apply” and tell me what is happening; I will help you identify the most appropriate door.
-
Absolutely not. You do not need a label, declaration, fully formed plan, or cinematic catalyst. A new attraction, question, fantasy, returning hunger, energetic shift, or quiet bodily knowing may be enough to tell you that an awakening is already underway.
-
No. I work with women and couples across sexual orientations and relationship structures. Sexual awakening may involve realizing you are attracted to women. It may also involve reconnecting with desire, exploring kink or power, discovering what pleasure means to you, renegotiating a relationship, or reclaiming erotic energy as part of your creativity and life.
-
No. I may challenge you, reflect patterns, ask direct questions, and help you see the choices available. I will not position myself as the authority on your life or treat monogamy, non-monogamy, staying, or leaving as inherently more evolved.

Your privacy matters enormously, particularly because this work may involve sensitive information about sexuality, identity, relationships, and family. The application explains what information is collected and why. My coaching agreement describes the confidentiality practices and limits that apply when we work together. Couples receive a clear policy for private and shared information before beginning. Please review the Privacy Policy for more detail.
