Private Coaching
You've built a life that works.
It just doesn't feel like yours.
Six months of private coaching for accomplished women who are done trading their aliveness for achievement. Sharp leadership coaching and embodied work rooted in Tantric philosophy, woven together. No woo required.
An honest conversation about where you are and what you want.
Bring the real you.The approach
You've already tried being disciplined about it
You noticed the exhaustion. Of course you did. You notice everything.
So you handled it the way you handle everything else. You blocked off an afternoon. You downloaded the meditation app. You told your partner you'd be "better about weekends." You bought the ashwaganda.
It helped for about four days.
Then the quarter got even busier, someone needed something, and you were back at your laptop at 9:47 p.m. answering an email that could have waited until morning. You knew it could wait. You answered it anyway.
You understand the pattern. You can explain exactly why you overwork, over-give, and talk yourself out of what you want. But understanding it still hasn't changed what you do in the moment.
That's where we work. This is the engine of the work.
It's grounded, practical, and more fun than you're used to.
That fun isn't a bonus feature.
It's the reason the change happens faster and sticks.
Power: Take Yourself Back
Power isn't control, dominance, or white-knuckling. It's self-ownership. It means knowing what you want, choosing it, and having your own back when things get uncomfortable.
This is where the leadership coaching lives. We work on how you communicate, negotiate, manage up, set boundaries, and take up space in rooms that weren't built for you. You stop waiting for your boss, your partner, or the system to change first. You stop explaining and justifying, and you start leading.
It's radical responsibility without the self-blame. Not "it's your fault." Just "it's your move."
Pleasure: Fuel, not a Reward
You've been treating pleasure like the gold star you earn after finishing everything. You will never finish everything. So the gold star never comes.
Here, pleasure is fuel. In plain terms, feeling good tells your nervous system it's safe to stop bracing. When your body stops bracing, energy comes back, and so do focus, creativity, and desire.
Pleasure is also a lie detector. Your body knows you're abandoning yourself long before your mind will admit it. Learn to read that signal, and your yes gets clearer, your no gets cleaner, and your sex life stops being a to-do item.
This isn't about spa days. It's about actually tasting your coffee, feeling your own skin, and wanting things again without apologizing.
Play: The Secret Weapon
Play swaps shame for curiosity, perfectionism for experiments, and "what's wrong with me" for "huh, interesting." It keeps your inner critic from turning your growth into another job.
And yes, it belongs at work. When you treat your career like a game you're skilled at, the brutal meeting becomes a level to clear. The tough negotiation becomes a match worth playing. Work can be fun again. It can even be a little hot, when you're leading from desire instead of fear.
We move through three phases.-
You've been leaking energy in places you don't even register anymore. The yes you didn't mean. The meeting you over-prepared for. The resentment you swallowed at dinner.
We find your biggest leaks and close them, starting with the ones hiding behind "I'm fine." Your nervous system learns it can stand down. You stop bleeding out. You start filling back up.
-
Somewhere along the way, you boxed up the parts of you that seemed like a liability. The opinionated one. The angry one. The sensual one. The one who wants more and says so.
We take them back. Your voice, your worth, your desire, and every part of you that got labeled "too much." Your leadership sharpens. Your relationships wake up. You stop editing yourself before you speak.
-
Change that only lasts while you're being coached isn't change. It's a rental.
So we make it a way of living. You learn to treat your career, your love life, and your growth as a game you're good at. The brutal meeting becomes a level to clear. The hard conversation becomes a match worth playing. And the shifts hold long after our six months end.

Many of my clients use their employer's professional development budget. I'm happy to provide an invoice and any documentation you need.
If you've spent years or real money on insight that never quite turned into change, this is the work that turns it into action. I work with only a small number of private clients at a time, so spots are limited.
The consult is complimentary: 60 minutes to see whether we're a fit, with no obligation.
Is this for you?
-
This is for you if:
You're accomplished, and lately the cost feels too high: you're tired, over-giving, and editing yourself.
You've done the therapy and the reading, and you understand your patterns. You want help changing them in real moments.
You want a coach who understands your work life and is also unafraid of your body, your desire, and your intuition.
You're willing to try things in the real world between sessions.
-
This probably isn't for you if:
You want a confidence checklist or someone to tell you what to do. Your life stays yours.
You're looking for mental health treatment. Coaching isn't that, but the two can work beautifully together.
You're not ready to try anything new yet. That's okay. The free challenge is a gentle place to start.

No. I work with professional women across industries and roles: managers, entrepreneurs, practitioners, and individual contributors. You don't need a particular title to want more ease and fulfillment.
-
Depletion is a common starting point, so replenishing you is often where we begin. We also work on influence, relationships, creativity, pleasure, and what you want your life to become.
-
Then we have plenty to work with. You can be confident and still edit yourself, overwork, or feel that important parts of you are missing from your life.
-
No. Sensuality, sexuality, and spiritual practice are available when relevant and wanted. Every practice is optional, and you choose what we explore.

Coaching is forward-looking and focused on choices, conversations, and change in daily life. I'm not a psychotherapist, and coaching isn't a replacement for treatment you need. Many clients do both.
